There will be no COD available till stated otherwise.

All postage will be sent via Pos Laju only unless it is 1 to 2 items and upon negotiation to use Pos Express.

Postage will only be done on Friday and Saturday.

All items sold, especially SALE items are of excellent material with extremely CHEAP price :)

Payment need to arrive within 3 days after receiving the invoice and any reservation need to be submitted with at least 50% deposit :)

8. COD will be at Shah Alam during the weekdays (please confirm a week before) and The Curve, Cineleisure, Ikea, Kota Damansara on weekends :)

9. Measurements and to model out the clothes will be given upon request. Measurements are given on the items based on its maximum size after stretched :)

10. Pictures are all copyrighted of FashionLady
(Some of the pictures are from my supplier or from other blogshops that I bought the items from.. Credits to the owner of those blogshops are stated except from the supplier itself as I have already seek permissions from my supplier regarding the pictures. Thanks!)

11. We from FashionLady shall not be liable for any loss and damages of the items. Any items which does not fit customers are at your own fault, We recommend you to re-check the measurement of the item before purchase. The customers are responsible for their own items. Thanks! :)

12. SOLD items are NOT exchangeable and no refund is allowed!

13. I have deleted all my SOLD items to make your life easier as I myself do not like to see SOLD items while shopping :)
